Together with THRIVE we offer a free mental wellbeing support service, through an in-app therapy tool. This is completely free and available to all Police Officers across the UK.
This enables officers when in need to quickly access the app and confidentially speak to one of our qualified therapists, 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
The Thin Blue Line UK is a registered charity, founded and run by serving police officers, who understand the unique pressures of frontline policing across the UK. We’re committed in supporting the mental health and wellbeing of officers by providing free, confidential assistance and a range of additional support opportunities. Through attending national events and conferences, to attending awareness events in forces across the country, we work hard to break the stigma surrounding mental health in policing. We rely entirely on our amazing sponsors and fundraisers to support our vital work, as we receive no Government funding.
Our mission is to ensure that every officer feels confident to speak out, seek help,
and know they’re never alone.

Our Thin Blue Line UK Gala Ball raises £23,000 for supporting officers across the UK!
Our annual Gala Ball brought together 400 guests from across the UK and beyond to Titanic Belfast on Saturday, 29th November 2025. We are delighted to announce that the event raised an incredible £23,000 to support the mental health and wellbeing of police officers.
